Great location, adjacent to La Quinta Resort and Spa. Very well kept, clean condominium with two levels and two spacious en suites. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent communication by Scott. Pool for the complex was very clean and quiet. We will definitely want to stay there again for the next BNP Paribas Open!

Scott was a great Landlord. He communicated immediately if we had a question. The house was IMMACULATE and it was a very pleasant place to stay. The location was excellent and we highly recommend this Tennis 🎾 Villa to anybody who wants to come to LaQuinta.

We had a terrific stay. The condo was as described and met our needs completely. An easy walk to the resort in a beautiful gated community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning watching the tennis matches. Scott was a great host with excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.
